DENNIS C. KERR, CCIM,
CPM, Principal Broker,
has been an active real estate licensee since 1969
and has been involved in commercial real estate in
the Central Oregon market since 1976. Dennis was the
first person in this region to obtain the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Dennis
has also completed his Certified Property Manager
(CPM) designations through the Institute of Real Estate
Management, making him one of the few dual-designated
professionals in Oregon. |

Central Oregon native, DAN
STEELHAMMER,
JD, Broker,
obtained degrees in finance and law from
the University of Oregon. Dan practiced
law in Eugene, then in Bend, until retiring
in 1997, when he began his career selling
real estate. Specializing in multi-family
housing and investment properties, Dan
also represents tenants and landlords in
commercial lease negotiation, and bare
land.
Dan is a board member and past president of the
Central Oregon Rental Owners Association,
and member of the Commercial Investment
Division (CID) of the Central Oregon Association

THOMAS
R. JUDGE, CCIM, Broker,
President of FREEDOM CONSULTING, has an extensive background in corporate management and past ownership in
various small businesses, concentrates in business opportunities, analysis and
sales.
Tom is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment
Real Estate Institute, with Life Membership status, as a result of service given
and number of years of membership. He is past president of Commercial Investment
Division of the local Association of Realtors®, as well as past participant
in a Chamber of Commerce group actively working to enhance Central Oregon's
economic development.

| GARY
HUGHES, Broker since 1974,
earned a bachelors degree in finance from San Diego
State University. A past president of the Eugene-Springfield
Multiple Listing Service, his main emphasis has been
on residential development with subdivisions in Eugene
(Blackstone) and Bend (Ponderosa Estates). He and
wife, Patty, owned and operated Mountain Country Properties
in Sunriver where they constructed nearly 70 homes
and managed them for the owners. Gary also has experience
in office building, commercial and industrial building
construction, and concentrates on commercial and
industrial real estate sales and leasing. |

ROBERT
J. KROHN, Broker, has more than 30 years experience in the real estate investment and development
business.
Bob has coordinated
acquisitions, planned and managed investments,
created both land and building designs, and completed
developments and construction of residential, commercial
and industrial buildings and complexes.
Bob
also has a background in commercial and
residential subdivision, zoning/land use
planning, and the permitting processes.
An excellent resource for financial packaging
and investment planning, Bob also has a
host of experience in federal programs and
public-private partnerships.

HELÉNE
L. LULICH, Property Manager, Broker,
has over thirteen years of experience in Commercial Property
Management. Heléne is originally from Portland
where she worked with a broad spectrum of Property
Management and Development projects ranging from PacifiCorp’s
Property Management Division to privately owned family
portfolios. She moved to Bend in 1996 and began working
with Dennis Kerr, Broker at Kerr Commercial Group.
Heléne continues to manage over 200,000 square
feet of office, industrial and retail space in Bend,
Redmond and Sisters, Oregon for both private investors
and corporate owners. She received her Bachelor’s
Degree in English Communications and Public Relations
from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. |

YVONNE
DRURY, GRI, Broker, born in Bend, is a graduate of Redmond
High School and Central Oregon Community College.
Yvonne worked 13 years in the title and escrow
industry, and has been a real estate licensee
since 1986, working as an assistant to several
successful agents in the local market.
Yvonne participates as licensed assistant
and marketing coordinator. |

BETH LOMAX, Broker, joined Kerr Commercial Group property management in January 2007, and brings 18 years real estate experience and 13 years commercial real estate management experience. Beth moved to Bend with her husband Tom in 1993 from Wenatchee Washington. When she’s not working Beth enjoys traveling and all the outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer. |
